This is less a hacker- or makerspace to hang out, but more a space to get things done. It is a shared non-profit community space. By default, this place is quiet, but the space is also supposed to serve for meetings and events once in a while.
Because this location was connected to the Tor project and we kept the name.
The space is used by various groups working on changing the world into a better space. It's open for everyone doing the same. So far we have individuals and groups working in and on the following projects (no particular order and def. not all of them):
The lease was covered by the Renewable Freedom Foundation in the past, a German charity founded by German newspaper publisher Georg Schäff. Now the lease is shared among organizations.
Everything else is self-organized by its users, e.g. drinks, furniture and lights.
