You can receive snailmail and postal packages on the onionspace address
(the postbox is just inside the downstairs door, the key is in the server room):
Onionspace (Aufgang 4)
Gottschedstr. 4
13357 Berlin
Non public infos like the keypad Code and access token information are only available when you are logged in. To get an account please contact us on the mailing list.
There are 3 doors to pass, to get into the space:
Either the gate is open or open the side door with the keypad code.
Open workdays 7:00am - 16:30pm. We have another keypad with code to unlock the door now. Please ask for the code or get it from the board when you are there.
Open with a personal link in the browser when logged into the OnionSpace WiFi or via personal RFID token.
You can always Exit the OnionSpace and compound without any key!
Pudo and Nat have physical keys for emergencies or other special circumstances. One key for the upper stairs door remains in the server room, and must not be taken away from the OnionSpace.
The door bell is broken. If it does not work, try this (no guaranty):

The items mention in bold is given to you, in your welcome email. If you lose the email, you can also find it on-site in the space itself.
There is car parking inside the main gate for guests. The maximum stay is 2 hours, and you need to display a parking disc. This is heavily enforced. It might be easier to park outside the compound (and it's free).
The space has one main hall with a bunch of tables and chairs, and two smaller rooms for small meetings and taking phone calls without disturbing others. There is a bathroom with shower, and small kitchen that will be happy about getting more equipment.
If you wanna host an event that needs to be in the main hall, get in touch with the current regulars via mailing list and/or IRC to check that everyone is OK with that, and check the calendar for any conflicts. If everything is fine, add it to the calendar and announce it on the mailing list. This is very important, so that everyone knows that at these particular day(s) it won't be quiet and adjust accordingly.
If you wanna have a meeting that will fit into one of the smaller rooms, you can simply check the calendar and add your meeting if there are no conflicts.
Please get in touch with the regulars if you wanna use the space to crash / sleep for a few nights. Long stays are not allowed. Be prepared to fulfill some minor todos for the space during that time as a reward Please leave no trace during daytimes, since the space is also a regular work environment and sometimes external guests are here.
We have a a map with markers, and you can edit it here.
There is a mezzanine above the bathroom that could be made into a nice seating lounge, feel free to share your ideas and get started!
There are drinks in the fridge, please pay for them into the money box. See regular duties below on how to replace these.
Trash is sorted into paper, recyclable (plastics), and waste. Please empty them if full OR stinky - see regular duties on how to do that.
Please use the fridge and freezer as you wish - if you add something you wanna keep private, label it with your name and a date.
The hot water switch is above the toilet in the bathroom. The default setting should be low (the handwash symbol); for more hot water turn it up to the shower symbol and turn it back afterwards.
The radiators can be temperature-controlled by rotating the dial. When you leave, please turn them back down to 17 deg C. They are supposed to automatically turn down at midnight but we got reports this doesn't actually work.
There is a shower in the bathroom, see "hot water" if you run into issues.
The space has a cleaning roboter. Here are some photos to instruct how to clean the roboter itself.
Turn around the roboter and open its cap. You will find a key like stick on the right (see photo)
Use the stick to open the next cap under its wheels! Now you can remove all dirt from under the brushes.
Its also important to clean the main dirt bag. Therefore open the cap and pull the handle to remove the dirt bag
Clean the dirt bag
Its is also important to clen the filter of the dirt bag. You can remove the filter on the side and clean it from the dust.
That's it! Its easy as that
The ExRotaprint property has a garden we can use. See the map for the location. A key should be at the wall in the small cupboard in the OnionSpace.
There is a server room where we store things like paper, bathroom supplies, a printer and other hardware. There are some keys, never take these away from the space. For more details see the members-only access page.
The space provides unlocked storage spaces. You can reserve one by sticking your name on the front, hopefully people will respect that. Should locked storage spaces be needed, those needing can order locks / lockers.
There is wifi, find credentials on-site on the notice board, or from the email you got when receiving a door token.
There are whiteboards and a flipchart for anyone to scrub off and reuse. Always make sure that you photograph whatever you noted there, never rely on the content being there the next day still. If you need it so, make it clearly visible.
There is a projector for the main hall that screens on the white wall at the end of the hall.
There are (functional) printers in the server and main room which are available as network printers, and should be autodetected by your OS if you are connected to the local wifi. One is at 192.168.178.5:9100
(full list available on the printers section). There are other various printers and scanners with different working modes - see which one will work for your operation system
Below a list of the available infrastructure.

We are happy to take any donated plants and trying to take care of them. Please water the plants whenever you feel like its time, thanks!
There is a Mastodon account. It is for the occasional announcement and fun.
Please ask on the mailing list for the password.
The "Mircowave" (next to the kitchen sink) doubles as an oven and can be used for e.g. Pizza.
Warning: Do not use metal while in Grill or Microwave mode (above 220 °C)!
In the server room we have several devices that run services.
To get access to these, ask Mo or one of the other existing admins. Access should only be given to trusted and technically capable people.
